TRADITIONAL SALT
Crystallized at the bottom of the pans, (the same pans where the flower of salt is collected). This method of collecting is traditional and occurs every two weeks, the natural salt pans are situated in the Ria Formosa, the salt presents characteristics, evident in the quality, showing the natural chemicals and the purity and brightness of the white crystals.
Again the consumer will have a 100% natural product, for use in conserving meat fish, and vegetables and in the manufacture of butter and cheese, also good to use in cooking.
FLOWER OF SALT
Is the cream of the Atlantic, crystallized in the clean salt pans, situated in the Ria Formosa, utilizing the natural recourses, seawater, sun, and wind. Flower of salt is the result of these elements working together forming floating pink crystals which are collected by skimming twice a day with special tools designed by this producer.

When added to food with humidity it dissolves at once, and can also be used on dry food such as chips and vegetables.
