We are focused on Natural Cider, made from heirloom apples from Minho, a region in Portugal where the tradition of making cider was almost lost. Our ciders are natural fermented, not filtered and with nothing added, no sulphites, no sugar.
We work with 3 references, all PET NAT, bottled in the end of the natural fermentation.
Our #1 is a blend of PORTA DA LOJA and PIPO DE BASTO varieties, with fermentation after raking the juice, in bottles of 37,5cl
Our #2 is a blend of multiple heirloom varieties (Porta da Loja , Camuesa do Coura, Verdeal, Malaipo, Reineta, etc) with some maceration – in bottles of 0.75. Our Hybrid, is the same cider that is #2, but macerated with red fruits, also in bottles of 0.75.
